What Do You Love About the Neighborhood? Centrally located. Inside 526. 5 miles to downtown. 7 miles to Airport. Within a couple Miles to Citadel mall, Lowes/Home Depot, Avondale, grocery stores. The neighborhood is filled with young family’s with kids of all ages and older families who have lived in neighborhood a long time. The HOA is only 75$ / year. We never find ourselves in Charleston traffic.

What about the home do you love? Private backyard with pool was a huge feature for us. Other major pros were the quiet neighborhood, Updated kitchen, Florida room, Gas fireplace, FROG, hardwood floors and the totally remodeled master bath was what did us in!

What do you love about your town? West Ashley has it all and is affordable, rapidly growing and remodeling

Where are your favorite places to eat?  Charleston sports pub, Frothy Beard brewery, All of Avondale, Tattooed moose, sesame, the New Mexican place, Ichiban Japanese/sushi, Paisanos and Andolinis pizza, Gathering Cafe lunch, Creekside, many more

What are your favorite things to do in the area? We go Downtown and Avondale regularly for food/drinks. Our house is so easy to access all the things we love to do like the parks downtown, Folly beach, quick trips to Kiawah. You can often find us walking around our neighborhood if we’re not putting the boat in water (5 min from house :) ).

Updates to home? Since we purchased, the roof is brand new. As is the pool pump and Air handler. The exterior and interior have all been freshly painted as well.
